Diehl worked on my wife's Passat TDI this past week. We are happy with the service manager and with the work done.

To be honest, I was a bit skeptical and hesitant to make an appointment at Diehls in Butler. I had heard not great reviews from friends in the past. Within the first ten minutes of my appointment, I was confident that my experience would be better than what I had heard. Kris was fantastic. I’ve had negative experiences with other salesmen at other dealerships who often either talked to me like I was dumb, only worked with my husband, or took advantage of me but felt that I could trust Kris. He allowed me to test each car I looked at with my daughter’s car seat to ensure proper fit and made multiple trips through the snow to get keys, just so I could explore all my options. He checked in throughout the whole process to make sure I was comfortable and did not have any questions. He made sure that I was buying the car that I wanted. Throughout the whole process of purchasing my VW, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with every person I worked with including the sales manager and loaner :) I will be a repeat customer!

We had a great experience at Diehl in Butler. We had been to another dealership the same day and did not receive the same effort and humility that we had at Diehl. We walked in on a Friday after 4 PM and drove off in our new SUV Monday night at 7 PM. Diehl didn’t have the exact combination we wanted, so they worked out a deal and brought the vehicle to us. The communication between our sales rep Matt and the manager Corey was great. We felt in the loop the whole time. Matt in finance was also great at crunching the numbers and very transparent. He got us the best rate possible and we walked out the door feeling very confident. We’re very excited we didn’t settle and love our new Volkswagen Atlas from Diehl!
