I recently decided that I was finally ready to get another vehicle, and I have to say that Diehl Volkswagen and Cade Gratzmiller made the whole process a pleasure! Cade took a lot of time with me and asked a lot of questions about what I was interested in and what was important to me. He found me the perfect car, and I absolutely love it! Everyone is this dealership works as a team and the entire process went so smoothly. I have bought cars before where I was at the dealership the entire day, and I didn't think I was ever going to get home. They explained everything every step of the way, and I don't think I have ever felt more confident about a process. They are definitely professionals, and care about their customers.

I recently purchased a 2026 Atlas Cross Sport Premium R-line and the experience couldn't have been smoother! Nick, Corey and the whole Diehl team were wonderful to work with, were very transparent about pricing and made the entire process as simple as possible. There were no sales tactics and they were up front about all costs incurred and even went the extra mile to match our credit union APR% so that we'd be able to finance through them. We had an issue with our addresses on our licenses (issues with the DMV) and they went through and changed our address for us so that it was one less thing we had to do. I cannot recommend them enough if you're looking for a new VW!

I highly recommend the VW Diehl sales team. I already bought a VW Atlas here at Diehl years ago and I was sad to see it go but Luke helped me find the right one to replace it. Mr. Dressing was super kind as well as another gentleman. They were all super personable and talked to my kids and got to know them while we were there. That made the experience feel like home.
